After many years in corporate leadership roles at companies including Charles Schwab and Gap Inc., I found myself doing some of the most meaningful work of my life — helping my own family navigate aging, illness, relocation, and end-of-life transitions.
What began as supporting loved ones became a deep, lived understanding of how complex and emotional these moments can be.
I know what it is like to make significant decisions, while balancing logistics, emotions, and care for the people we love most. I’ve personally navigated these transitions for my own family.
A Thoughtful Guide Through Life’s Transitions
Experience That Goes Beyond Logistics
Over the past two decades — and especially in recent years — I have coordinated moves, downsizing efforts, estate transitions, and care logistics for multiple family members across the country.
I have personally navigated assisted living placement, nursing home selection, in-home care coordination, and the many difficult decisions families face during periods of aging and transition.
Having personally managed many family relocations over the years, I bring extensive firsthand experience in the logistics, organization, and emotional realities of moving and creating a new home.
This work required not only organization and attention to detail, but also patience, sensitivity, and the ability to navigate difficult decisions with clarity and respect.
I understand firsthand that this process is not simply about moving belongings — it is about honoring a life while thoughtfully preparing for what comes next.
A Calm, Organized, and Compassionate Approach
Every family’s needs are different, and I tailor my work accordingly — whether providing full-service support or assisting with specific aspects of the move.
I bring a structured, hands-on approach to every transition, managing the details so families don’t have to carry the burden alone.
My role is to:
create clarity in complex situations
coordinate every step of the process
reduce stress for both seniors and their families
ensure each transition is handled with dignity and care
Why I Founded Heart Centered Transitions
I created Heart Centered Transitions to offer families the kind of support I once needed myself — thoughtful, organized, and deeply respectful of both people and their belongings.
I understand how overwhelming periods of aging, relocation, and change can feel for both seniors and the people who love them.
During these moments, families often need more than logistics — they need calm guidance, compassion, and steady support from someone they can trust.
My goal is to help families move through these transitions with clarity, dignity, and steady support every step of the way.
You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone
If you’re beginning to explore options or need immediate support, I’m here to help guide you through each step.
